The Agora, AEGEE General Assembly, meets twice a year. Up to 1000 AEGEE members, delegates of each locals, gather for three-four days to discuss proposals and projects, take decisions and set up the guidelines for AEGEE.

Antenna is the name for each AEGEE local. An antenna organizes at least one European event in one year, as well as local activities. Currently there are almost 260 antennae of AEGEE in Europe, from Moscow to Madrid, from Istanbul to Stockholm.

Comité Directeur (CD) the administrative and representative body of AEGEE. It is formed of a maximum of nine people from different nationalities, that work voluntarily from the AEGEE-Europe headquarter, in Brussels. It’s composed of President, Financial Director, Secretary General, Public Relations Director, Network Development Director, External Relations Director, Director for European Institutions, Projects Director and Human Resources Director. They are elected at the Agora. For more information click here.

The Commissions are support and control bodies for the CD or the AEGEE locals. There are four: Audit Commission, Juridical Commission, Members Commissions and Network Commission. For more informations click here

European Boards' Meeting (EBM) is the meeting of the Board members of each AEGEE local, or its representatives. It lasts three days and takes place once a year (February-March). In an EBM are discussed the proposals that will be voted and decided at the Agora.

The Liaison Officers (LO) represent AEGEE-Europe towards an institution or organisation (for example UNESCO or European Youth Foundation). The CD decides for which institutions a LO should be appointed and decides on the person as well, after having addressed an open call (on the main mailing list) to the network. Anyway the decision has to be ratified by the Agora.

The Project Teams coordinate the work of the projects all over Europe. These projects can be conferences on a specific topic, thematic days and any kind of activities. These teams consist of members from different nationalities, elected at the Agora. For more informations click here.

Working Groups (WG) are the thematic backbone of AEGEE. They are international groups whose members organize events based on a specific topic, as politics, European minorities or environmental topics. For more informations click here.
