Aegee gives you also the possibility to enrich your curriculum working in
multicultural international team and training your own skills:
Several trainings are organized every year (European School, Public Relation, Information Technologies, Fund Raising) by Agee Academy.
Conference and seminars are regularly taking places all over Europe.
AEGEE working groups offer the opportunity to all members to get involved in activities related to their topic (for example: diplomatic seminars by “International Politics Working Group”).

Moreover if you would like to be active in a managerial or administrative way, AEGEE-Europe offers students the opportunity to become:
- responsible (project manager) of International Projects.
- Cover important tasks in Aegee commissions and Working Groups; run activities and European projects often supported by European institutions and private companies; or training your skill in specific tasks (Audit commission, Chairteam of the general assembly….).
- Component of the executive central board “Comité Directeur”, lobbyist accredited to European institutions, member of the Youth Forum of Europe, component of the “Foundation Aegee Trust Found” board.
